Return and Restock Fee Policy

90% of ChozynFashion items are custom made and because of that we rarely approve returns, however we do consider exchanges in boutique or popup purchases within 3 days.
Discounted & clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Exchange items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
There will be a 25% restock fee applied to any approved returns items that were an online, popup or boutique purchase. All exchanges have to be approved by management within 72hrs of purchase. No exceptions!
Exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use
These items as well as sale, jewelry, are final sale. Sorry for the inconvenience!
All shipping fees that occur during a return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
No cash refunds unless item is defective.
